INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🧈 300g firm tofu
- 5g dried hijiki
- 5 shiso leaves
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, julienned
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp ground white sesame
- 1.5 tbsp concentrated mentsuyu
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
ÉTAPES
Wrap the tofu with two layers of kitchen paper, place it on a microwave-safe plate, and heat in the microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Drain the water and let it cool.
Cut off the stems of the shiso leaves and julienne them. Julienne the carrot as well.
Boil water in a pot, reduce to low heat, and add the hijiki. Boil for about 4 minutes, then add the carrot and boil for another minute. Drain well and let cool.
In a bowl, mix the tofu and seasonings (ground sesame, mentsuyu, and sugar) with a whisk until smooth. Add the hijiki, carrot, and shiso, and mix well.
