INGRÉDIENTS
Pork
- 150g pork belly slices
Vegetables
- 3 lettuce leaves
- 5 shiso leaves
- 2 green onions, chopped
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chili oil
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 1/4 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Cut lettuce into 5mm strips, slice shiso leaves thinly, and chop green onions.
Cut pork belly into bite-sized pieces. Mix pork with sake and salt, then coat with potato starch.
Boil water, reduce to low heat, and cook pork slices until color changes. Cool in ice water and drain.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl to make the spicy sauce.
Arrange lettuce and shiso on a plate, top with pork, and drizzle with spicy sauce.
