- 1/2 piece cod roe

- 🍵 1 hoji tea bag

ÉTAPES
Remove the cod roe from its casing and chop the green onions into small pieces.
Heat water in a pot over medium heat until boiling. Turn off the heat, add the hoji tea bag, and steep for 1 minute. Remove the tea bag and mix in the grated ginger.
Place the cooked rice in a bowl, top with cod roe and chopped green onions, pour the tea mixture over, and sprinkle with fried tempura bits.
