INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion, chopped
- 🍄 1 handful mushrooms, sliced
Meat
- 🥓 6 strips bacon, chopped
Dairy
- 🥛 400 ml milk
- 🧈 2 tbsp butter
Seasoning
- 🧂 to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
ÉTAPES
Prepare and chop all ingredients. Cut bacon into small pieces.
Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp butter. Sauté chopped onion until golden brown, then add minced garlic and continue sautéing.
Add chopped bacon to the pan and sauté until slightly crispy. Then add sliced mushrooms and cook briefly.
Pour 400 ml milk into the pan and bring to a gentle boil. Adjust milk quantity based on desired sauce consistency.
Add the remaining 1 tbsp butter and cooked rice to the pan. Stir and cook until the rice absorbs the sauce.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let it simmer briefly and serve.
