- 🥡 1 block firm tofu
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 🥦 6 florets broccoli
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion
Honey Garlic Sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 🍯 1/4 cup honey
- 🧄 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp minced ginger
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Mix soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, minced ginger, lemon juice, and sesame seeds in a bowl to prepare the honey garlic sauce.
Cut tofu into bite-sized cubes and pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Coat tofu cubes evenly with cornstarch, shaking off excess powder.
Heat a pan with vegetable oil and fry tofu cubes on medium heat until all sides are crispy.
Add broccoli to the same pan and stir-fry quickly after cleaning it thoroughly in vinegar water.
Remove tofu and broccoli from the pan and set aside.
Pour the honey garlic sauce into the pan and simmer until it thickens slightly.
Add the fried tofu back into the pan and coat evenly with the sauce.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with stir-fried broccoli and steamed rice.
