- 🧂 80g sugar
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
ÉTAPES
Grate the ginger and squeeze out the juice using a tilted container.
Cut the apple into quarters, remove the core, and slice each quarter into three pieces. Mix the apple slices with lemon juice in a bowl and let sit for 3 minutes. Pat dry with paper towels and insert toothpicks into each slice.
In a saucepan, heat sugar, honey, and ginger juice over low heat until bubbling. Cook for about 3 minutes until the mixture thickens into a syrup.
Tilt the saucepan and dip each apple slice into the syrup, coating it evenly. Repeat for all slices.
Place the coated apple slices upright on parchment paper and let the candy coating harden completely.
