Honey Lemon Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
ÉTAPES
Poke holes in the skin of the chicken thigh using a fork and season with salt and pepper.
Combine sake, honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice in a plastic bag and mix well. Add the chicken and massage until fully coated.
Lightly drain the marinade and place the chicken skin-side down in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Flip the chicken, cover again, and microwave for another 2 minutes.
