- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Enough flour for coating
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Honey Mustard Sauce
- 🍯 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tbsp grain mustard
- 💧 1 tsp water
- 1 tsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Season the chicken thigh with salt and pepper, then coat it evenly with flour.
In a bowl, mix honey, grain mustard, water, and soy sauce to prepare the honey mustard sauce.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook until golden brown. Flip the chicken, cover with a lid, and steam for 5 minutes.
Once the chicken is cooked, add the honey mustard sauce to the pan and coat the chicken evenly.
