- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Enough vegetable oil to fill 1cm depth
Honey Mustard Sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp whole-grain mustard
ÉTAPES
Cut the potatoes into 8 wedges lengthwise, soak in water, then drain. Place the potatoes in a bag, add the flour, and shake to coat evenly.
Mix the ingredients for the honey mustard sauce in a container until well combined.
Heat oil in a frying pan to 170°C (1cm depth). Fry the potatoes until golden brown. Serve on a plate and drizzle with honey mustard sauce.
