- 🐖 200g sliced pork
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- Enough cornstarch for coating
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Honey Mustard Sauce
- 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 Pinch of grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Season the pork with salt and pepper, divide into 6 portions, and coat with cornstarch.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add the pork balls, and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, turning to brown evenly. Remove excess oil.
Add the honey mustard sauce ingredients to the pan, mix well, and simmer until the pork balls are coated.
