ÉTAPES
Wash the potatoes thoroughly with the skin on and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Soak them in water for 10 minutes, then drain well.
Heat a frying pan over low heat with the potatoes and salad oil. Fry and turn them occasionally for about 15 minutes until they are golden and cooked through.
Remove the potatoes from the oil and place them in a bowl. Add butter and toss until melted and evenly coated. Sprinkle salt over the potatoes, plate them, and drizzle honey on top.
