ÉTAPES
Defrost the chicken thighs and remove excess skin. Cut into appropriate sizes.
Season the chicken with black pepper and coat evenly with cornstarch.
Heat a low-moisture pan with a thin layer of oil (about 0.5 cm). Place the cornstarch-coated chicken into the cold oil.
Cover the pan and cook on medium-low heat for about 7-8 minutes until steam condensation occurs. Flip the chicken and fry evenly.
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, honey, and sugar.
Drain excess oil from the pan and pour the sauce over the chicken. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until coated evenly.
