- 🍗 500g chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Marinade
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
ÉTAPES
Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and remove excess fat or tendons. Poke holes in the skin with a fork.
Place the marinade ingredients (sake, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger) and chicken into a resealable bag. Massage well and refrigerate for 3 hours. Pat the chicken dry lightly with paper towels before cooking.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Flip the chicken, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 3–4 minutes.
Slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces and serve with your choice of vegetables.
