INGRÉDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 420g horse mackerel fillets
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion (200g)
- 🥕 1/2 carrot (75g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1.5 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Marinade
- 💧 50ml water
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 🍶 3 tbsp vinegar
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion and carrot thinly and set aside.
Season the horse mackerel fillets with salt and pepper, then coat them lightly with flour.
Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the fillets until golden brown. Remove and let cool.
Prepare the marinade by mixing water, sugar, salt, and vinegar in a bowl.
Layer the fried fillets, sliced onion, and carrot in a container, then pour the marinade over them.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
