- 🥬 1 stalk celery (about 80g)
- 🥒 2 cucumbers (about 200g)
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 2 myoga
Coating
- 🌾 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Honey Lemon Sauce
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 💧 1 cup water
- 🍋 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
ÉTAPES
Prepare the horse mackerel fillets by lightly coating them with flour.
Heat salad oil in a pan and fry the mackerel fillets until golden and cooked through.
Thinly slice celery, cucumber, yellow bell pepper, and myoga.
In a bowl, mix honey, water, lemon juice, soy sauce, and salt to create the honey lemon sauce.
Combine the fried mackerel fillets and sliced vegetables in a dish, then pour the honey lemon sauce over them.
Let the dish marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
