- 🐟 150g horse mackerel (sashimi grade)
Vegetables
- 🧅 10cm green onion, minced
- 1 piece ginger, minced
- 🍃 2 shiso leaves, chopped
Plum Miso
- 🍑 1 pickled plum, mashed
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp miso
ÉTAPES
Mince the ginger and green onion. Chop the shiso leaves. Remove the seed from the pickled plum and mash it into a paste.
In a microwave-safe container, mix the mirin and miso. Heat uncovered at 600W for 30 seconds, then let it cool. Add the mashed plum and mix to create plum miso.
On a cutting board, combine the horse mackerel, ginger, green onion, shiso leaves, and plum miso. Use a knife to chop and mix until smooth.
