INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms (100g)
- 🥬 1/4 head lettuce
Meat
- 🥓 4 slices bacon
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 pinch sliced red chili
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
ÉTAPES
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them. Cut the king oyster mushrooms in half lengthwise and then into quarters.
Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Slice the garlic thinly and cut the bacon into 1cm strips.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan over medium heat. Once fragrant, add shimeji mushrooms, king oyster mushrooms, bacon, and red chili. Stir-fry until softened.
Add lettuce and stir-fry briefly. Add oyster sauce and mix well. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
