INGRÉDIENTS
Base
- 🍚 600g cooked rice
- 🥓 4 slices bacon
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥦 125g broccoli florets
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 🌽 130g canned corn
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Carbonara Sauce
- 🧀 100g shredded pizza cheese
- 🧀 4 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🥛 200ml milk
- Pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Separate broccoli into small florets and slice garlic thinly, removing the core.
Cut bacon into 1cm wide strips.
Mix pizza cheese, parmesan cheese, and flour in a microwave-safe bowl. Add milk and salt and pepper, then microwave uncovered for 2 minutes 30 seconds at 600W. Stir until smooth to make the carbonara sauce.
Place broccoli, water (1 tbsp), and bacon in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds. Drain excess water.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a hot plate at medium heat until garlic turns golden brown. Push garlic to the side.
Spread olive oil on the hot plate, place rice in the center, and top with corn and garlic. Create two indentations in the rice and crack an egg into each. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour carbonara sauce around the rice and top with bacon and broccoli. Stir everything together until well combined.
