- 🥦 250g broccoli
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
Dressing
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp grain mustard
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Separate broccoli into small florets.
Thinly slice the onion, massage with 1/4 tsp salt, soak in water, and drain.
Wash hotaru ika, removing cartilage, eyes, and beak.
Place broccoli in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain and cool.
Mix dressing ingredients in a bowl, then toss with all prepared ingredients.
