INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🌭 2 sausages
- 🧀 2 string cheese sticks
- 🧀 4 slices of melting cheese
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 🍞 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil for frying
Dough
- 200g pancake mix
- 💧 80cc water
Toppings
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🌭 2 tbsp mustard
ÉTAPES
Cut the string cheese and sausages in half lengthwise.
Skewer one piece of sausage and one piece of string cheese alternately onto a stick. Wrap each with a slice of melting cheese.
Mix pancake mix and water in a bowl until a dough forms. Divide into 4 portions and roll each into a 12cm circle.
Wrap the dough around the skewered sausage and cheese, sealing the edges.
Coat each wrapped skewer in beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
Heat vegetable oil to 160°C in a pan and fry the skewers for about 4 minutes until golden brown. Drain excess oil.
Sprinkle sugar on the hot skewers and serve with ketchup and mustard.
