- 2 handfuls dried pollock strips
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- A small amount of canola oil
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Cut the dried pollock strips into bite-sized pieces.
Soak the pollock strips in water for 1-2 minutes, then squeeze out the excess water.
In a mixing bowl, combine gochujang, sesame seeds, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic. Mix well.
Add the soaked pollock strips to the seasoning mixture and coat evenly.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add a small amount of canola oil.
Stir-fry the seasoned pollock strips until the gochujang sauce is evenly coated and slightly sticky.
