ÉTAPES
Trim the roots of kaiware sprouts and cut them into 2–3 sections. Grate the daikon radish and lightly squeeze out excess water.
Mix the prepared kaiware and daikon in a bowl, then gently fold in the ikura.
Plate the mixture and drizzle soy sauce over the top.
