- 4 tbsp soy-marinated ikura
- 🥔 250g peeled potatoes
- 🥑 1/2 avocado
- Chervil to taste
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Peel and cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Soak in water briefly and drain. Remove the pit and skin from the avocado.
Place potatoes in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 6 minutes. Mash the potatoes.
Add avocado and the seasoning ingredients (mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper) to the mashed potatoes and mash until smooth.
Divide the mixture into transparent glasses, flatten the surface, and top with ikura and chervil.
