INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 300g thinly sliced pork shoulder
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 cabbage (300g), chopped
- 1 pack pea shoots (250g), trimmed
- 1 bag bean sprouts (200g)
- 🧅 1 green onion (165g), thinly sliced
- 🧄 3 cloves garlic, sliced
Oil
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp miso
- 3 tbsp ground sesame
- 1 tbsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 800ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Trim the pea shoots. Slice the green onion thinly and remove the roots. Slice the garlic and remove the core.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients (marked ☆) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil and garlic in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Add pork and cook over medium heat until fully cooked, then remove the pork.
Add the mixed seasonings to the pot and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add vegetables and cook until tender. Return the pork to the pot.
