INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
- 1 bag (180g) shirataki noodles
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
Topping
- 1 bag (4g) bonito flakes
- A pinch of shichimi togarashi
ÉTAPES
Drain the shirataki noodles and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, add shirataki noodles and 1/2 tsp salt (not listed in ingredients). Rub the salt into the noodles until coated. Add enough water to cover and heat over medium heat. Boil for 3 minutes and drain.
Wash the pot briefly. Add the shirataki noodles back and heat over medium heat. Stir-fry for 2 minutes until the moisture evaporates. Add the canned tuna (including the oil) and stir until the oil coats the noodles. Add the seasonings and stir-fry until combined.
Serve on a plate, sprinkle bonito flakes, and add a pinch of shichimi togarashi.
