INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🧈 60g unsalted butter
- 🧂 40g sugar
- 60g cake flour
- 🌰 60g almond flour
- 🍫 30g chocolate
ÉTAPES
In a bowl, soften the butter and mix it until smooth. Add sugar and mix thoroughly.
Sift cake flour and almond flour into the bowl. Mix gently with a spatula until crumbly, then form into a dough.
Refrigerate the dough for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 5g portions and roll into balls. For larger cookies, use 8g portions.
Preheat the oven to 160°C and bake the cookies for 15 minutes.
Once cooled, melt the chocolate using a double boiler and apply a small amount to one cookie. Sandwich with another cookie.
Allow the chocolate to set either in the refrigerator or at room temperature.
