ÉTAPES
Remove the strings from the snap peas.
Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt, and blanch the snap peas briefly. Then transfer to cold water and drain.
Cut the snap peas diagonally in half. Remove stems from cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
Dice the processed cheese into 1 cm cubes. Tear basil leaves into small pieces.
Combine snap peas, cherry tomatoes, cheese, basil, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl. Toss gently.
