INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) of cooked rice
Oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Iwashi Soboro
- 1 can (100g) flavored iwashi
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp toasted white sesame seeds
Egg Soboro
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp mirin
ÉTAPES
In a bowl, beat the egg and mix with the remaining ★ ingredients. Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a pan over medium-low heat, pour in the egg mixture, and stir with chopsticks until scrambled into soboro. Remove and set aside.
Wipe the pan lightly with a paper towel, add 1/2 tbsp sesame oil, and heat over medium-low. Add ☆ ingredients and break apart the iwashi while cooking until the liquid evaporates.
Serve cooked rice in a bowl, top with egg soboro and iwashi soboro.
