- 🐟 5 sardines (400g)
Vegetables
- 2 shishito peppers
- 🧅 3cm white onion
Flour
- Flour as needed
Oil
- Salad oil as needed
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
ÉTAPES
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, sugar) in a bowl.
Slice the white onion into thin strips, soak in water, and drain.
Make small cuts in the shishito peppers. Heat salad oil in a pan, sauté the peppers briefly, and set them aside.
Coat the sardines lightly with flour.
Heat salad oil in a pan and fry the sardines until both sides are golden brown.
Add the mixed seasoning to the pan and simmer until the sardines are well coated.
