Base
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked white rice
Main
- 1 can iwashi kabayaki (with sauce)
- 🥚 1 egg
- A small amount of chopped chives
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp concentrated mentuyu (3x)
- 💧 100cc water
- Chili powder to taste
ÉTAPES
Cut the chives into bite-sized pieces and beat the egg in a bowl. Remove the iwashi from the can and cut into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, add the seasoning ingredients, the sauce from the iwashi can, and the iwashi pieces. Bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat for 1–2 minutes.
Add the chives and cook until slightly softened. Pour the beaten egg over the mixture and cook until semi-cooked. Serve over rice.
