Fish
- 🐟 4 cleaned sardines
Spices
- 🌱 1 slice of ginger
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp miso
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame
Liquid
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 💧 200 ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut off the heads of the sardines and slice the ginger thinly with the skin.
In a pot, combine the seasoning ingredients (marked with ☆) and ginger, then heat over medium heat until boiling.
Add the sardines to the pot, cover with a drop lid, and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. Gradually dissolve the miso into the mixture.
Add the white sesame seeds and mix well. Increase to medium heat and cook until the sauce reduces.
