- 🐟 2 filleted sardines (160g)
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Vegetables
- 6 shishito peppers
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper for shishito
Sauce
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
- 2 myoga, thinly sliced
- 1 piece ginger, grated
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 1 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Season the filleted sardines with salt and pepper.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and pan-fry the sardines until golden brown on both sides.
In the same pan, lightly sauté the shishito peppers with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Prepare the aromatic sauce by mixing chopped green onion, sliced myoga, grated ginger, white sesame seeds, sugar, soy sauce, and water in a bowl.
Plate the sardines and shishito peppers, then drizzle the aromatic sauce over the top.
