- 🥔 1 potato
- 🥕 1/2 carrot
- 🧅 1 onion
- 3 curry blocks
- 💧 600ml water
- 1/4 beet
ÉTAPES
Chop the squash, potato, carrot, and onion into small pieces.
Heat cooking oil in a pot and sauté the vegetables until slightly softened.
Add 600ml of water and the curry blocks to the pot.
Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes until the vegetables are fully cooked.
