- 2 slices ham

- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g), julienned
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g), thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 100cc heavy cream
- 2 tbsp grated cheese
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
ÉTAPES
Julienne the potatoes and soak them in water to remove excess starch. Thinly slice the onion and cut the ham into thin strips.
Place the potatoes and onions in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
In another microwave-safe container, mix the heavy cream, grated cheese, salt, black pepper, and egg yolk. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
Combine the cooked potatoes, onions, and ham with the sauce. Mix well and serve on a plate. Optionally, sprinkle additional black pepper on top.
