INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 1 cup of soaked rice
Seafood
- 25g of dried whitebait
Vegetables
- 1 piece of ginger, julienned
Other
- 10g of fried tofu, diced
- 💧 Water as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp of sake
- 1/2 tbsp of mirin
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp of Japanese soup stock granules
ÉTAPES
Julienne the ginger. Wipe off excess oil from the fried tofu using a paper towel and dice into 1cm cubes.
Add the soaked rice and seasonings (sake, mirin, salt, dashi) into the rice cooker. Add water up to the 1-cup mark and mix well. Flatten the rice surface.
Spread the diced tofu, dried whitebait, and julienned ginger evenly on top of the rice. Cook using the regular rice cooking mode.
Once cooked, mix the rice and toppings thoroughly before serving.
