INGRÉDIENTS

- 1/2 cup chirimen jako (dried baby sardines)
Vegetables
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 cup chopped green onion

- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of black pepper

- 1/2 kabosu (Japanese citrus)

ÉTAPES
Boil the pasta in plenty of water until cooked.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add sliced garlic and chirimen jako, and stir-fry.
Add mirin and soy sauce to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
Add the cooked pasta and chopped green onion to the pan, season with black pepper, and toss to combine.
Squeeze kabosu juice over the pasta before serving.
