- 3 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1 tbsp curry powder

- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) cooked white rice
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the onion.
Heat water and soy sauce in a pot until boiling, then add the onion. Cover and simmer on low heat until the onion becomes translucent.
Add the sliced pork to the pot. Once the pork is cooked, skim off any foam and mix in the curry powder.
Cover and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes until the pork and onion absorb the flavors. Serve over bowls of cooked white rice.
