INGRÉDIENTS
Protein
- 100g ground meat
Tofu
- 300g firm tofu
Vegetables
- 100g shimeji mushrooms
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp sliced chili pepper
- 50ml water
ÉTAPES
Pat the tofu dry with paper towels and cut into large bite-sized pieces.
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand. Mince the garlic after removing its core.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant, then add ground meat and cook over medium heat until browned.
Add the seasoning ingredients (☆), mix well, and dissolve the miso. Add shimeji mushrooms and tofu, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
