ÉTAPES
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and remove any sprouts. Make cross-shaped cuts about two-thirds deep into each potato.
Wrap each potato in a damp kitchen paper towel, then wrap again with plastic wrap. Place them in a microwave-safe dish and heat at 600W for 5–6 minutes until a skewer easily pierces through.
Place the cooked potatoes on a serving plate. Add butter on top, drizzle with soy sauce, and sprinkle bonito flakes and chopped green onion.
