- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
Egg Mixture
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp aonori (green seaweed powder)
ÉTAPES
Slice the chicken breast diagonally into bite-sized pieces. Place in a bowl, add the chicken seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, mirin), and massage into the chicken. Pat dry with a paper towel and coat with flour.
In a separate bowl, mix the egg and aonori. Add the chicken pieces and coat them thoroughly with the egg mixture.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until golden brown on one side. Flip and cook until the chicken is fully cooked through.
