- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp starch
- 1/2 cup shredded crab stick
Sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp vinegar
ÉTAPES
Whisk 2 eggs and mix with shredded crab stick.
Heat oil in a pan and cook the egg mixture over low heat, stirring gently until 80% cooked.
Place the cooked eggs over a bowl of rice.
In a pot, mix 1 cup of water with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and vinegar. Bring to a boil and thicken with starch water (1 tbsp starch mixed with 2 tbsp water).
Pour the sauce over the rice and eggs. Serve immediately.
