INGRÉDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 120g penne
Meat
- 150g ground meat (beef and pork mix)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, minced
- 🍄 4 shiitake mushrooms, minced
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, minced
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Garnish
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
ÉTAPES
Mince the green onion, carrot, and shiitake mushrooms. Remove the hard stems of the shiitake mushrooms.
Boil water in a pot, add salt (not listed in ingredients), and cook the penne according to the package instructions. Drain the water.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the ground meat and cook until the color changes. Then, add the minced vegetables and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, dashi powder) to the pan and simmer for 2–3 minutes to create the sauce.
Serve the penne on a plate, pour the meat sauce over it, and garnish with chopped green onion as desired.
