INGRÉDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 160g spaghetti
Meat
- 200g ground meat (beef and pork mix)
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 can (400g) canned tomatoes
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced (100g)
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, minced (75g)
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
Oil and Flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 💧 100ml water
ÉTAPES
Mince the onion and carrot.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add onion, carrot, garlic, and salt, and sauté for 5 minutes. Add ground meat and cook until the meat changes color. Stir in flour until well combined.
Add canned tomatoes and all ☆ seasonings (sugar, miso, salt and pepper, water). Mix lightly, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove the lid and simmer further to reduce the liquid.
Boil spaghetti in a pot of salted water according to package instructions. Drain well.
Serve the spaghetti on a plate and top with the prepared pasta sauce.
