Pasta
- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Mushrooms
- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms
- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
Meat
- 🥓 4 slices bacon
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 3 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
Garnish
- 🧅 Chopped green onions as needed
ÉTAPES
Cut bacon into 1cm strips. Trim the root of shimeji mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces. Mince garlic. Cut king oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Boil water in a pot and cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain the water.
Heat butter and garlic in a frying pan until fragrant. Add king oyster mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, and bacon. Stir-fry over medium heat for 3–4 minutes.
Add cooked spaghetti and soy sauce to the pan. Mix well and season with salt and pepper. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onions.
