- 🐟 150g sashimi-grade salmon
Vegetables
- 70g mizuna greens
- 🧅 50g thinly sliced onion
Dressing
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp wasabi
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the salmon.
Cut the mizuna into 3-4cm pieces and soak in cold water. Thinly slice the onion and soak in cold water, then drain both.
Mix the dressing ingredients (olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, wasabi) in a bowl.
Arrange the salmon and vegetables on a plate, then drizzle the dressing over.
