INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can tuna
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧅 1 onion
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion
- A pinch sesame seeds
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soju
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
ÉTAPES
Combine 1/2 cup water, soy sauce, mirin, soju, and sugar in a pan. Bring to a boil.
Slice the onion thinly and add to the pan. Cook for 2 minutes on medium heat.
Drain the oil or water from the canned tuna and add the tuna meat to the pan. Stir well.
Beat the eggs and pour them into the pan. Cover and cook for 1 minute on medium heat.
Mix everything gently and remove from heat.
Serve the mixture over warm rice.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
