INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 1/2 bag konjac noodles
- 🥒 1/3 cucumber, julienned
- 🍅 3 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 🧅 30g minced green onion
- 100g ground pork
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tsp sweet bean paste
ÉTAPES
Julienne the cucumber, quarter the cherry tomatoes, and mince the green onion.
Boil water in a pot, add konjac noodles, cook for 1 minute, drain, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, miso, ginger, sweet bean paste) in a bowl.
Heat a frying pan with salad oil, add ground pork, and stir-fry over medium heat. Once the pork changes color, add green onion and the mixed seasoning, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Plate the konjac noodles, top with the stir-fried pork mixture, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes.
