INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked rice
- 🐖 80g sliced pork
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g), sliced
- A pinch of shredded nori
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi granules
- 💧 70ml water
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion thinly.
Lightly beat the egg in a bowl to make beaten egg.
Combine the seasoning ingredients (☆) in a small frying pan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Add the pork and onion to the pan, stir lightly, and simmer for 3–4 minutes until the pork is cooked through.
Pour half of the beaten egg into the pan, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for 1 minute. Remove the lid, add the remaining egg, and cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute until desired firmness.
Serve the cooked mixture over a bowl of rice and garnish with shredded nori.
