In a plastic bag, combine ground chicken, egg white, and the meat mixture seasoning ingredients. Knead until sticky, then add bean sprouts and mix thoroughly.

Heat salad oil in a rectangular pan and spread it thinly with a paper towel. Add the meat mixture and flatten it evenly. Cook over medium heat for 3–4 minutes until browned. Flip using a plate and cook the other side for 5–6 minutes over low-medium heat, covered with aluminum foil.

Wipe the pan clean with a paper towel and add the sweet soy sauce glaze ingredients. Heat over low heat, stirring until thickened.
