- 30g kale
- 10g baby leaf greens
- 🍎 1/4 apple, sliced

- 🌰 30g walnuts
Honey Dressing
- 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 🍯 5g honey
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
ÉTAPES
Slice the apple into thin wedges.
Remove the stems from the kale and cut into 4cm pieces. Soak kale and baby leaf greens in cold water, then drain.
In a bowl, mix honey, salt, pepper, and apple cider vinegar to prepare the dressing.
Gradually add olive oil to the dressing while mixing continuously.
Toast the walnuts in a dry pan over low heat for about 3 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally.
Combine the kale, baby leaf greens, apple slices, and dressing in a bowl. Mix well.
